GBS at the Nanoscale at PTB
GBS Presented at the Nanoscale at PTB in Braunschweig in October 2019
At the PTB (Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt) in Braunschweig, GBS presented its latest innovations in Contrast-Enhanced White Light Interferometry at the nanoscale. These technological advancements offer significant benefits in terms of resolution for measuring extremely small structures, as well as for evaluating nanostructures over surface areas of up to several square centimeters.
