In summary:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"400\" data-end=\"450\"><strong data-start=\"400\" data-end=\"450\">Super-resolution improves measurement results:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"451\" data-end=\"526\">\n<li data-start=\"451\" data-end=\"478\">\n<p data-start=\"453\" data-end=\"478\">Increases point density<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"479\" data-end=\"496\">\n<p data-start=\"481\" data-end=\"496\">Reduces noise<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"497\" data-end=\"526\">\n<p data-start=\"499\" data-end=\"526\">Enhances profile fidelity<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"528\" data-end=\"810\">The systems can be used to measure structures with heights below 0.1 nm and achieve profile fidelity down to approx. 0.1 \u00b5m for structures smaller than 1
